Receive, open and sort mail |
Enter vendor and installer bills into QuickBooks (Payables) |
Create and mail Invoices in Quickbooks to customers (Receivables) |
Print vendor payable checks weekly |
Run Payroll bi-weekly thru ADP |
Print installer checks bi-weekly |
Print Open Sales order report per administrator for Staff meetings weekly |
Manage collections and billing A/R aging report |
Prepare and make bank deposits |
Finalize sales and invoicing for month end, ensuring billing in the proper period |
Make sure there is a PO for every job related cost for job costing purposes |
Submit credit applications on behalf of customers-stay updated on changes |
Answer phones to assist callers or direct calls to the intended recipient |
JOB REQUIREMENTS |
Quickbooks experience preferred |
Experience in general business & accounting |
Computer literate |
Maintain accurate, confidential and secure files and records |
16-20 hrs. per week |
