May we introduce one of our very happy customers, Mary L, who purchased flooring from CBL in September. Her story follows: Mary began her search on-line via Google, saw that CBL has a lot of good reviews. She called the main phone number and left a message, we called back shortly to get an idea of her project and to schedule an in-home measure and complimentary design
consultation.
One of the reasons she chose CBL is that she wanted someone local vs. big box. She liked the convenience of an in-home visit and design consultation where samples were brought to her and discussed. One caught her eye immediately, which is what she chose for her beautiful flooring installation shown in these photos. She is so pleased with the result and the way the flooring pulls all
the colors in her home together. She loved the efficiency of the project– Frank measured and gave her an estimate within the week; she knew what she was willing to spend and what fit her budget, and said “Let’s go ahead”! One of the best parts also was the installation by Tim who she said was great – a nice guy and very professional and friendly. She said she liked having him around during the installation as he was very helpful.
